Exceptional at holding space and sitting with conflict and complexity, I specialize in helping people examine their lives from a new perspective, accepting all parts of themselves, and then moving towards a new and better reality.
I work with individuals moving through transitions, approaching difficult conversations, navigating with grief and loss, and overcoming the plateaus or sticking points that show up in our personal and professional lives.

It’s an experiment, an experience of questioning what is true for you and getting curious about what needs to change. The Art of Full-Spectrum Living
Together we practice the art of full-spectrum living.
Full-spectrum living means all the parts of you and your life are welcome and invited to the table. Not just the good stuff. Not just troubleshooting the bad stuff. Together we practice living, refining what’s working, gradually doing less of what isn’t, building our capacity of what we handle, and seeing more beauty in the complexity.
Sometimes the work looks like play but sometimes (usually) it can feel hard, vulnerable, uncomfortable; like you’ve left the only home you’ve ever known.
But when we bring all parts of ourselves to the table, we can begin to do things in ways they haven’t been done before. How much time would that free up? How much money? How much space for more? How much possibility?
That's the feeling we’re going for - unfamiliar, but full of possibilities.
It's an art (and a science).
It's creative (and pragmatic).
It is the big picture and the tiny details.
